Revel on the Block

Ft. Lauderdale, FL- In coordination with Art Walk, the FAT Art Village held the Revel on the Block on Saturday. Guest enjoyed art exhibitions, the debut of Flagler Station, live photo shoots, food trucks, live music, children's activities, fashion vendors, Marando Farms Market, and Acacia. Krewella at Club Cinema 1-25-13

Pompano Beach, FL- Krewella brought its style of in-your-face electro to a packed house at Club Cinema this past Friday. The 18-and-up crowd went wild for their high-energy set and dubstep drops. Tattoo Social at O'Malley's

Margate, FL- True Love Tattoo and Black Dagger Tattoo hosted the South Florida Tattoo Social at O'Malley's this past Saturday. The bands Stop The Presses and Out of Sorts performed along with a burlesque show by Eva of the Reckless Dames. The Rockin Mamaz held a pin up contest hosted by Holly Peno with Katie Tomczak taking the win. Check out the full gallery over at New Times.

Ft. Lauderdale, FL- There is something captivating about a guy wearing a black and white striped body suit dancing around like David Lee Roth. The Darkness were really entertaining and made for some great photos. Check out the full gallery over at New Times.

Jam Cruise Pre Party with Medeski, Martin & Wood

Ft. Lauderdale, FL- Medeski, Martin & Wood kicked off the pre-party for the Jam Cruise at Revolution last night. The group was joined by guitarist John Scofield towards the end of their first set and for the set that followed. The group had a cool jazzy feel to them and I think I would of enjoyed it more in an open outside setting. The real fans were those with their microphones and recording devices. Color Vibe Run at the BB&T Center

Sunrise, FL- The Color Vibe Run was held bright and early this past Saturday at the BB&T Center in Sunrise. I like to get in the mix for this type of stuff and I paid for it with myself and gear covered in the colored powder by the end of the day. It was worth it and I got some great shots.
