Silversun Pickups, Against Me!, The Henry Clay People, and Lavola at Sunset Cove on 6-16-2010

I hadn't really listened to Silversun Pickups that much before this show, but was interested in seeing them because of their song "Lazy Eye". It's super catchy with a great riff. Let's just say I've been listening to them more often. It was also my first time to see a show at Sunset Cove Amphitheatre. The venue is out in West Boca Raton by the everglades and the only thing that bothered me was the killer mosquito's. For Against Me! the crowd was a little more low key then the ruckus crowd I saw them play to during their performance at Bonnaroo the week before. The band Lavola actually got the opportunity to open on a side stage through a battle of the bands competition put on by The Honey Comb.
